You've heard from me ---- now hear what my critics have to say...

REAL women Have Curves

"The feisty Ana (Tatiana Lucia Gantt) was the firebrand of the show. Smart, idealistic, and occasionally brash, she pushed the other women to consider new ideas, and new ways of living as women. Though her idealism and lack of real-world experience leads her to be insensitive to the realities of life for the other women, her spunk is catching. Ana's aspirations to be a writer allow the audience to get treated to her private thoughts, read (and shouted!) aloud by her as she scrawls them in a notebook. Gantt's intensity and enthusiasm are exactly what you'd expect from a young and ambitious (if naïve) young woman, looking to buck the system. Most impressive of all was the sheer energy Gantt displayed in every moment of her performance.” -Kathleen Anwar, Broadway World

"Tatiana Lucia Gantt turns in a marvelous performance, making Ana thoroughly endearing and sympathetic, even in her less noble moments." - Ann Saucer, The Column

Real Women Have Curves
Sweetpea

Sweetpea

“Tatiana Gantt is She, the tense, fast-chatty and yoga-stretching female who owns both the place and Sweetpea, her pet bird and alter ego, who nests happily in a yellow cage by a window.”

“Gantt’s supple face moves from fretting to tranquility. Her arms close softly and winglike across her body. Her voice slows and deepens slightly. Sweetpea lives and flutters. Just don’t go rattling her cage and changing the view.” - Martha Heimberg, On Stage NTX

Witch

“Gantt’s Winnifred expects so little of life (though she’s spunky about her small wishes) that we can’t help but feel for her too.” - Jan Farrington, OnStage NTX

"...his treatment of Winnifred, played by Tatiana Lucia Gantt, is abhorrent as he blithely denies her claims that he is the father of her baby. Where have we heard that storyline before? She discovers the power that men have over women and her anger and dismay are palpable.” - Mildred Austin, The Column

Luchadora

"The story is brought to life onstage by young Lupita (Tatiana Lucia Gantt)....Young Lupita and her brother-sister best friends are believable in their roles, and bring a freshness and vigor to their performances. They are a lot of fun to watch, and clearly the many children in the audience liked them too.” - Teresa Marrero, Onstage NTX

Pride & Prejudice

"Lydia (Tatiana Gantt) was every bit as effusive and energetic as she needed to be, providing a stark counterpoint to Mr. Wickham’s (Evan Michael Woods) rather stoic affect.” - Ashley Johnson, Write.Think.Dream
